Biography
Kim Kopyl is a dedicated sales, marketing, and growth management executive with over 25 years of experience. She has an excellent reputation for leading with passion, driving results, and maximining return on investment. Kim oversees all departments at Anova, including growth management, change management, operations, human resources, finance, sales, marketing, public relations, and commercial real estate.
Kim’s ability to build award-winning, equitable brands with substantial revenue gains has brought her a great deal of success. Kim’s work has garnered over 70 national awards. In demanding and competitive markets, Kim’s leadership drove annual revenue from $500,000 to $5 billion in less than two operating years. Her recent work has contributed to the strategic growth of companies by generating over $10+ billion in revenue.
At Anova Fertility, Kim manages working capital, asset performance, capital structure, strategic positioning and identifies unique opportunities to drive exponential growth as she oversees the portfolio of five award-winning fertility centres in Ontario. She is passionate about creating inclusive, best in class care for services in reproductive fertility health, elevating and expanding the Anova brand, and substantially increasing revenues.
Kim enjoys mentoring fellow female entrepreneurs, enjoys travel, spending quality time with her family, and relaxing with her dogs.
