Family Building Options for Your Needs
We have a dedicated team to facilitate the process with all egg donation, sperm donation and gestational surrogacy agencies. In addition, we will connect you with experienced fertility lawyers and integrated care providers to offer the best comprehensive care.

Donor Eggs
The use of donor eggs allows for individuals who may not have eggs or are able to use their own eggs to achieve pregnancy. We are here to navigate the process and provide you the support you need – from selecting a donor to conception.
How Do I Find a Donor?
- Egg donations may be achieved through a fresh or frozen donation. Frozen donations tend to be anonymous whereas fresh egg donations may be anonymous, known or semi-known.
What Happens After I Choose My Donor?
- Potential egg donors are checked against a stringent criteria that determines their appropriateness for donation.
- Once an egg donor is medically cleared and administrative matters sorted, we will begin the donation cycle, ending in the fertilization of your donor eggs and embryo creation.
- Egg donors undergo an IVF cycle to access the eggs.
Donor Sperm
The use of donor sperm allows for individuals who may not have, or are unable to use their own sperm to grow their family. We will be here to navigate the process and provide you the support you need from selecting a donor to conception.
How Do I Find a Donor?
Donors may be known, like friends or relatives or you may choose an anonymous donor from a sperm bank that are carefully vetted, well regulated, and reputable.
What Happens After I Choose My Donor?
- Donated sperm is vetted at the sperm bank. If a friend is the donor, we test the sperm first to insure the quality.
- Once ready we fertilize the eggs with the donor sperm.
Gestational Surrogacy
Gestational surrogacy is another way to grow your family! When the person carrying the pregnancy isn’t the intended parent, our team is here to support you every step of the way.
How Do I Find a Surrogate?
You may work with someone you already know or optimize your surrogate search through through our partnership with
(NMT). NMT offers thoughtful tools to help intended parents connect with potential surrogates through social media outreach, personalized profiles, and collaboration with the third-party agency of your choosing, while providing steady guidance throughout the search..
What happens after I choose my surrogate?
Once you choose a surrogate, she completes medical and
psychological screening as well as legal documentation to
make sure the journey is safe and well supported for everyone involved. If you’re working with an agency, they will lead the psychological and legal aspects of this part of the process. From there, Anova steps back in on the medical side. The intended mother or an egg donor, depending on your path, goes through a standard IVF cycle so eggs can be collected. Those eggs are fertilized using sperm from the intended father or a sperm donor. When embryos are ready, we prepare for transfer to the gestational carrier and complete final medical checks before moving forward
Fertility Law
For those just starting their fertility journey, it may come as a surprise that you may want to speak to a lawyer. Fertility lawyers can help guide patients through the various considerations that should be discussed in advance, including:
- How will egg donors or surrogates be involved in the child’s life?
- If embryos have been created and remain safely in storage but the couple is no longer together, who can use the embryos for a future pregnancy?
- What is a legal parentage declaration, and when is one needed?
Fertility lawyers play a crucial role in third-party fertility journeys, where aspiring parents use egg donors, sperm donors, embryo donors, or surrogates to grow their families. They offer legal advice and guidance on the relevant legal framework for third-party assisted reproductive technologies.
