- Retroactive to January 1, 2025
- Can be used in addition to existing federal and provincial medical expense tax credits
- Covers 25% of eligible fertility expenses, including:
- IVF cycles
- Fertility medications
- Diagnostic testing
- Travel for treatment
- Maximum refund of $5,000 per year
