Position Summary:


The VP of Sales and Marketing will oversee the sales and marketing teams, develop marketing strategies, implement marketing campaigns, and manage the hiring and training of department employees. The VP will also maintain relationships with community organizations, hospitals, physicians, and other referral sources to generate new patients for Anova Fertility and Reproductive Health.




  • Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies by setting daily goals and deliverables to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and analyze market trends and customer insights to drive product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Lead the development of product positioning and messaging that differentiates the company’s products and services in the market.
  • Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of the overall strategic marketing plan.
  • Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from all marketing initiatives for senior management and executives.
  • Increase brand awareness and PR consistent with the company’s strategic goals for budgetary targets.
  • Consistently oversee and verify the content of the website.
  • Review and understand the competition and ensure that pricing is competitive and consistent with other industry stakeholders.
  • Create brochures, ensuring accuracy and editing according to our outward-facing branding.
  • Manage benefits and work with insurance companies to negotiate and solidify all deals and relationships.
  • Oversee and manage the ongoing training of the sales team, ensuring they reach their goals.
  • Oversee the CRM system and implementation of sales projects and goals.
  • Map out all sales pipelines from start to finish.
  • Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors.
  • Develop and manage the marketing and sales budgets.
  • Oversee the company’s marketing and sales teams and ensure they are aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Ensure the company’s sales teams are trained and motivated to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales performance metrics to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the company’s sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as product development, finance, and operations, to ensure marketing and sales strategies align with overall company goals.
  • Network on behalf of the company.
  • Understand all sales metrics and report to the CEO.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned and agreed upon.




  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in marketing and sales leadership roles, with a track record of delivering revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing technologies and tools, such as CRM and marketing automation software.
  • Knowledge of market research and analysis techniques.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
