About the position

In the role of Screener & Greeter, you will work as part of our team and support the Clinic with COVID-19 related activities such as screening of patients, staff, physicians and other visitors as they enter the clinic. To thrive in this role, you are required to build and maintain collaborative relationships within the Clinic as various functions rely on each other’s performance. Crucially, you will share management’s passion for offering customized services to people who struggle with infertility and long to fulfill their dream of parenthood.


Major Responsibilities

  • Screen and assess entrance eligibility of patients and staff using clinic screening tool
  • Ensure that people entering the clinic follow precautionary procedures such as hand hygiene and wear the correct personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Work closely with different departments to manage patient flow
  • Responsible for sanitizing screening area
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required
  • Work or volunteer experience in a health care setting is an asset
  • Comfortable wearing PPE and checking temperature at a safe distance
  • Ability to switch tasks, respond to shifting priorities and refocus after interruptions
  • Strong attention to detail and quick problem solving skills
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • High level of professionalism and excellent customer service skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information
