Dr. Chaula Mehta has over 15 years of medical experience including sound expertise in obstetrics and gynecology, with a specialization in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.Following her medical school and specialty certification in India, she pursued progressive medical training with a fellowship in High-Risk Obstetrics at Mount Sinai Hospital in 2011, and then went on to complete a postgraduate degree in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Toronto. She became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons, Canada in 2016, and has completed a two-year sub-specialty Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Fellowship at the University of Toronto. She also holds associate courtesy privileges at Mackenzie Health hospital in Richmond Hill.During her medical school training, she was the recipient of various academic awards and honors. She has been involved in various clinical research projects, poster presentations at national and international conferences and has co-authored an international and peer-reviewed journal.  Being a practicing member of the Ontario medical community, Chaula has taught obstetrics and gynecology preparatory courses at the Ontario IMG School and mentored international medical graduates with certification through the Medical Council of Canada.

Dr. Mehta is a member of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC), American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), Society of Obstetricians and Gynecologists of Canada (SOGC), Canadian Fertility and Andrology Society (CFAS), Ontario Medical Association as well as the Canadian Medical Association.

As a physician, she strives for patient-centric service excellence and quality care in addition to being compassionate and offering individualized care and treatment.

The focus and scope of her gynecological practice will include menstrual disorders, recurrent pregnancy loss, infertility, LGBTQ family building, and other endocrinological gynecologic disorders.   Dr. Mehta can also converse in Gujarati, Hindi, Urdu, Marathi, and Punjabi for patients requiring care services in these languages/dialects.
