
Dr. Zahra Sharif
Dr. Sharif MD, CCFP is a board-certified family physician with additional fellowship training in Women’s Health and Low Risk Obstetrics. She graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Ottawa in 2013. She completed her Family Medicine residency at the University of Ottawa in 2015. Thereafter, she completed her Women’s Health fellowship at Queen’s University and a Low-Risk Obstetrics fellowship at the University of Toronto.
Dr. Sharif has an expanded scope of practice from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. She has a special designation in Obstetrics and Gynecology from the Ontario Medical Association. Dr. Sharif sees couples for infertility assessments and fertility procedures including intra-uterine insemination and cycle monitoring. Dr. Sharif also helps women keep on top of their health with non-surgical gynecologic issues including abnormal vaginal bleeding, polycystic ovarian syndrome, endocrine dysfunction, family planning, cervical cancer screening, and pregnancy.
