Counselling

Counselling is one of the critical elements in the provision of quality family planning services. Through counselling, doctors or counsellors help patients make and carry out their own choices about reproductive health and family planning. It helps the Fertility Specialist confirm that the patients are ready to move forward with fertility treatment and protects the patients and Fertility Specialist in a court of law.

You can find more information by visiting our 'Collaborative Family Counselling & Assessment' tab.

Fertility Law

In Canada birth registration is governed at a provincial level, a consult is needed with a lawyer to review what is needed to protect your rights and the particulars of your agreement.

In Ontario, the post-birth process for LGBTQ surrogacy clients is exactly the same as for the heterosexual community.
